PATRIK LUNDELL

Group Chief Executive Officer

b. 1975

Master of Science, economics and business administration

with Olvi since 2023, Member of the Group Management Team since 2024.

In 2023 Lundell was appointed as the CEO of Olvi Plc. Prior to joining Olvi, he was in charge of Starbucks EMEA channel development (business outside of cafe’s) 2014-2022, Unilever ice creams in Finland 2012-2014, PepsiCo EMEA global accounts and channel strategies 2005-2012, Scottisch&Newscastle key accounts in Finland 2002-2005, Red Bull in Finland 2001-2002.

Tiina-Liisa Liukkonen

Group Chief Finance and Information Officer

b. 1978

Master of Science (Economics), Executive MBA

with Olvi since 2018, Member of the Group Management Team since 2024.

Tiina-Liisa Liukkonen has worked at Olvi as the CFO since September 2018 and starting from 1.1.2024 also as the CIO. She is responsible for the Group’s financial administration, strategy development and digitalization projects. Liukkonen has extensive experience in business development. Previously, she has been working as CFO at Osuuskauppa PeeÄssä 2013-2018, as Group Controller and Financial Manager at Normet Group 2008-2013 and as Auditor at Ernst & Young 2005-2008.

Pia Hortling

Group Chief Sustainability and Sourcing Officer

b. 1976

Master of Science (Chem. Technology), Brewmaster, Executive MBA

with Olvi since 2002, Member of the Group Management Team since 2024.

Pia Hortling has been working for production, product development, quality assurance, procurement and corporate responsibility. As Public Relationship and Purchasing Director she has worked since year 2017, as Product Development and Purchasing Director in 2011-2017, as the Master Brewer in 2003-2011 and as the Master Brewer Trainee in 2002-2003.

Marjatta Rissanen

Group Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer

b. 1962

Master of Science (Economics), Master of Science (Technology)

with Olvi since 2005, Member of the Group Management Team since 2024.

Marjatta Rissanen started as the Group Human Resources and Communication Director beginning of 2024. Previously, she been working at Olvi in positions related to customer service, logistics, human resources and IT management. She has also worked as Customer Service and Administration Director in 2008-2023 and as Customer Service Manager in 2005-2008.

Before Olvi, she has worked e.g. in customer service and export sales positions at Stromsdal Oyj 1997-2005 in the paper and board industry and as a Business Consultant at Seppo Hoffrén Oy in 1996-1997. She has also work experience from development and design tasks in the construction industry at Lujabetoni Oy in 1989-1996.

Peep Akkel

Group Business Development Director

b. 1968

Master of Science (Economics), University of Tartu, Estonia

with Olvi Group since 2000, Member of the Group Management Team since 2024.

Peep Akkel has a strong experience on financial and business development areas. Peep has been working for AS A. Le Coq since 2000 and on 2012-2023 he has been worked as Development Director of Olvi Group. Peep’s primary responsibility involves coordinating activities between Olvi Group companies and developing Olvi Group and its business processes.

Esa Hyttinen

Group General Counsel

b. 1978

Master of Laws (LL.M.), University of Helsinki, Finland

with Olvi since 2024, Member of the Group Management Team since 2024.

Esa Hyttinen has worked at Olvi as General Counsel since February 2024. He has the overall responsibility for the Group’s legal affairs and acts as secretary to the Board of Directors of the parent company. Previously, he has worked as Deputy General Counsel at Tietoevry Corporation. Esa worked at Tietoevry for more than 14 years (2009-2024) in positions related to corporate, the securities market and contract law, data protection and compliance, as well as in the planning and execution of mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has acted as Legal Counsel at KPMG 2006-2009 and as Deputy Director and Legal Counsel at the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority 2005-2006.
